Weather & Air Quality


Softball Manitoba abides by the following weather and air quality standards for Provincial Championship events. It is important to note that all Clubs/Leagues throughout Manitoba are responsible for setting their own standards for league play and practices. Please check with your local Club/League for weather guidelines.

 

SEVERE WEATHER

 

 

AIR QUALITY

  • 1-3: Continue playing as normal.

  • 4-6: Reducing the duration of the match and/or providing extra breaks and/or rests.

  • 7-10: Reduce or reschedule the match to a different date or find alternative indoor facilities to play.

  • 10+: Cancel all outdoor activities.
