Rules of General Assembly - Our Rules of General Assembly state:
At the discretion of the Chairperson, non-voting delegates in attendance at the General Meeting, provided they are members in good standing with the Association, shall have the right to address the meeting.
- For the purpose of the AGM, league and organization presidents will be given an opportunity to speak once to a motion on behalf of their membership. Presidents wishing to speak will be given a maximum of two (2) minutes to speak to the motion once recognized by the Chairperson. I hope that this clears up any confusion.
