Competition Introduction Coach Evaluations
It is up to each coach to schedule their own evaluation. Simply contact an evaluator (listed below), share your practice schedule, schedule a date for them to come evaluate and complete the documents (2) below. If you have multiple coaches in your organization/on your team needing an evaluation, we suggest considering scheduling them all on the same day, that way you can ensure your organization is completed.
Please book your evaluations ASAP to account for rainout days, Evaluator availability, and time for your certification to be processed if you need it completed by Provincials.
Coaches are responsible for completing and forwarding the final two documents to their evaluator prior to their scheduled evaluation.
- On-field Practice Evaluation Observation Kit
- Section A - Completed by Coach prior to the evaluation and provided to the Evaluator.
- Section B - Completed by Evaluator during practice evaluation.
- Section C - Completed and signed by both Evaluator and Coach at the conclusion of the evaluation.
- Coach Portfolio
- Section 1 - must be completed in full prior to submitting to your Evaluator.
- Section 2 - must be completed in full prior to submitting to your Evaluator. This section includes an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Template that needs to be completed.
