Softball Manitoba Announces New Executive Director

Please join Softball Manitoba in welcoming Susan Lamboo as our new Executive Director effective January 5, 2026.

Softball Manitoba’s Executive Committee has completed the search for a new Executive Director. I am pleased to announce that Susan Lamboo has accepted the offer and will be joining us on January 5, 2026.

Susan is currently the Manager of Coaching and Officials for Sport Manitoba and has over 20 years of leadership experience in sport. Susan has coached softball, been involved in community softball programming, and has contributed to Special Olympics Manitoba, the Canada Summer Games, and the Manitoba Games. She also served as a sessional instructor at the University of Winnipeg and a Recreation Program Instructor at Robertson College.
