The mission of Softball Manitoba is to promote and develop softball at all levels, by providing leadership, programs and services to meet the needs of all participants, thus enhancing the profile of softball in Manitoba.

Incorporated May 18th, 1965, the Manitoba Softball Association, also known as Softball Manitoba, is the recognized Sport Governing Body for Fast Pitch (including orthodox) and Slo-pitch Softball within the Province of Manitoba, and is a member of Softball Canada, the National Sport Governing Body for Softball.

All affiliated players, coaches, managers, umpires, league officials and other interested persons (as approved by the Board) are considered members of The Manitoba Softball Association whether they be voting or non-voting members.
